Any eligible item purchased from Slip.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange of equal value or store credit. You can get that underway by creating a prepaid return label at returns.slip.com. To be eligible, items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not as described, you can either create a prepaid return label at returns.slip.com or contact us at returns@slip.com so we can assist you. 

Gift Returns

Gifts purchased at slip.com are only eligible for store credit. Proof of purchase will be required. Customers are required to cover the return shipping costs.

Final Sale

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights or consumer law rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
